The external hard drive arrived within a few days from buying it. It came well packaged, and was as described. It is easy to use, transfering files within a few minutes. Good value for money, glad I bought it.

Arrived in good time (Delivered free to Spain!). Packaged well. Looks good for a small unit with very simple form. Shiny appearance, very light (lighter than ones I have used before). Has it's own USB to unit cable (not seen before) so don't lose it!. Very easy to set up. Instructions adequate. Comes with back-up software which I had to look up on the web for instructions as I couldn't find any in the short multilingual manual. Still it was a simple install and the back software interface was simple enough.

I did both a Boot-up option and a whole back-up of my drives - no problem but took hours for my amount of files (300GB+) - so leave plenty of time for this first run. Haven't tried it yet but you can schedule regular back-ups which I assume are incremental.

All-in-all pleased with first run.... but with hard-drives they ain't that exciting, plus it's reliability we want and that's just a test-of-time!
