I was originally going to settle on the Logitech x210 speakers which my friend has and which I really liked. As all friends do, I wanted to get one better than his. After looking at the logitech brands the z323 and z523 were said to be very poor and for the price, not worth it. With my student budget the better Logitech ones were way out of my price range.The Logitech Z205 was also another choice, but I rarely take my laptop anywhere so that was out of the question. Also the Z205 was said to be very poor when you increase the volume. After an hour of trawling through various review sites I settled for the Creative speakers. For their price and specifications they were really good. I only needed speakers for my room, not to destroy the house with them. Read more 10 of 10 people found the following review helpful Great 4 Converting TV Sound, This review is from: Creative Inspire T3130 Speaker System (Electronics) I bought a 24 inch screen tv from M & S and was extremely disappointed with the sound quality. On studying the TV the only outlet it had was a 3.5 mm headphone jack. After some investigations I was advised by Maplins to try these speakers but was given a wink that they would be cheaper if I bought them via Amazon. Well to my utter amazement after taking delivery of the extremely well packed speakers and their easy to connect speaker system the TV was transformed from a coacoa tin on a bit of string to a truely dynamic. unbelieveably stupendous sound system. It is so good I am considering buying another one for my larger TV in my main sitting room.
