Came with a weird, double ended, USB cable. When connected with this, the hard drive made clicking sounds and would sometimes not connect properly to the computer. Its performance would be on and off. I changed the cable to the one I was using to charge my PS3 controller, and voila, perfect product. Fast, efficient, silent, plug and play. It also connected well to my DVD player, PlayStation 3 and TV so I could easily listen to music and watch movies from it.
