    Compared to my previous laptop (another Toshiba from a few years ago), this is one is so much faster and better in so many ways:

    I really liked:
    The price: sub �400, for a super specification: Intel Core i5 2nd generation (with integrated graphics) with plenty of hard disk space and RAM.
    The screen: large 15.6 inch with crisp / bright pictures. HD movies really come alive here (but the picture will get darker if viewing from an angle)
    The keyboard: even for a "budget" laptop, this is a full size keyboard with large palm rest. The touch pad also has multi touch gestures that I use often for zooming in/out when browsing online. Overall the quality of the finish of the laptop is much better than I expected.
    Comes with Bluetooth (no need to buy those USB bluetooth adapter) to get my pictures transferred from my mobile phone.

    Bought as a home laptop, quality is superb, screen excellent.

    Fast speeds- iPlayer, youtube, lovefilm streaming all work in HD and are completely jolt and pause-free.

    Keypad is very easy to use and comfortable- number pad at the side very useful.

    PC connection to our 37" sony led tv displays in excellent quality and films are ..nearly..as good as dvd- I think an HDMI will be on the cards soon (laptop has this plug too which is handy).

    All in all, excellent.
