    Having 3 Medion Akoya's in my houshold 2 laptops and one pc I found the machines superb and customer service exceptional. They are helpful and even though you have to send them back to Germany for repair they provide everything you need and make it easy. Don't be put off by the poor review it in no way reflects my experience with the machines or the company.

    Delivery was as good if not better than expected. I was pleased to receive my new computer as my old one had vitually given up.
    The computer worked straight away and the only thing that has held me up has been the transfer of data from my previous machine. It is not as straighforward as I had anticipated but that is not the fault of Amazon or the computer - it is just the lack of a computer nerd when you need one!

    Very pleased with the speed and performance of this PC. It is very quiet, and looks good. Delivery was within 3 days,and Amazon gave me a refund of �40 as the price was reduced the day after placing the order. Thank you for that.
    I have used Medion for the past 10 years and have so far no complaints. I have never had to use their customer service so cannot comment no this.
    I would reccommend this PC as being very good value for money.
